Customer Service Reps SUCK

3 calls to customer service and 1 to their 'manager' trying to file a claim for my father's life insurance policy. No matter what I said, Prudential's employees continued to read from their cue cards repeating themselves with their thick foreign accents... hard for me to understand, and clearly they could not understand me. Beyond frustrating and might I say 'fraudulent' if funds are not paid due to lack of communication. Prudential should not handle life insurance if they are not sympathetic to their customers loved ones attempting to make a claim after a loss.

User's recommendation: SWITCH YOUR LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY WHILE YOU CAN.

Negligence

I am in contact with Governor Bakers office, Maura Healys office, my attorneys and the the BBB,. I will begin my social media reports and head to the news stations regarding my situation soon. You have wronged me financially and I will fight you (non violently) until my last breath. I no longer just want my money that you owe me. I want punitive damages as this scenario has wrecked my life. What your doing is wrong! I will not stop THIS IS NOT A VIOLENT THREAT this is my commitment to WINNING especially against BULLIES

Can login but cannot aces accounts

Worst portal around. Always says Experiencing technical difficulties after you log in. Sometimes you can see your insurances but I have yet to see annuities information.

Scammed on Annuity

My Prudential Annuity lost value over 8 years. In order to recoup our initial investment, we would need to survive 22 years or more. Avoid anything to do with this financial disaster. Probably should not be trusted with any offerings including Life and Health Insurance.

User's recommendation: Find a more reputable company as far from Prudential as possible.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced makes Comcast look good.

No one in customer service has any idea what they are doing. Call centers are located in South Africa and the Philippines, reps read from scripts and are not even capable of understanding issues. Stay far away if you can.

Horrible customer service

Prudential Financial - Horrible customer service
I have not been able to login to my retirement for over a week due to technical difficulties I am locked out of my annuity account because the website forced a password change then wont accept the new password I cannot get in touch with via phone due to excessive hold times - over an hour. When you call there is a selection for password help - when you select it you are immediately disconnected. The latest call after 40 min on hold I explained the situation to the rep they put me on hold and disconnected me.

User's recommendation: Stay as far away as possible - don’t let your bank sell you anything from Prudential.

Information:

not only do you need a attorney to understand what is sent to you at times. try to get someone to explain what you get. now prudential is going to call me back------ 5-to 7 hours wait----REALLY! good customer service.

Unknown reason for receiveng a check from pru.

I am an ex. prudential financial advisor. I have a prior client who receives a check each month form Pru. and doesn't know what it is for. The check number is TC01DD2109. I just need to know what the check code means and what part of Pru. is it coming from. Please provide a phone number that can be called. Thank you
